Aurora, ON - Twenty-four outstanding students, representative of approximately 122,000 in the York Region District School Board, were honoured at the Board's annual Celebrating Student Success dinner and awards ceremony. Students were honoured in the presence of their families, school staff, trustees and Board staff.
"The awards ceremony is a wonderful opportunity for us to showcase how passionate, dedicated and innovative students are in the York Region District School Board." said J. Philip Parappally, Director of Education. "Celebrating Student Success recognizes exceptional students, the work of our teachers and support staff, and the role of parents and families in achieving student success."
