Elementary school students across Vaughan had the opportunity to learn how to play cricket from community coaches and participate in a cricket tournament.
Oswald Jones and Emmanuel Joseph from Vaughan Cricket Club have been visiting schools, and teaching students the fundamentals of cricket, including batting, bowling and fielding.
“Everyone's very welcoming to the sport and I just loved learning it. It was a very good experience,” said Victoria.
