Aayesha, a Grade 8 student at Trillium Woods P.S., designed a restaurant as a project last year that has now become a real business.
During the pandemic, when her parents challenged Aayesha and her siblings to design a business plan, she used her passion for baking to design a donut shop that is now open for business.
