Maple Creek Public School Celebrates Fundraising Success, Diversity and Canada 150

​Students and staff at Maple Creek Public School have been raising funds through a variety of different initiatives over the past three years to reach a goal of $10,000. With this money, the school will fund the building of a school in Kenya through Me to We.

The school will be holding an event to celebrate the achievement of the fundraising goal as well as the school’s diversity and Canada’s 150th Anniversary.

Activities include:

  • Showcase of student talent, artwork, poems and music
  • Me to We speaker, Mark Quattrocchi
  • Barbecue
  • Face painting
  • Inflatable castles
