York Region District School Board teacher and national-level ultimate frisbee player Sarah Lam initiated York Region’s inaugural girls-only 4-on-4 Ultimate Frisbee season, helping female student athletes make friends, have fun and hone their confidence, skills, and leadership through this exciting sport.
