As General Counsel, Corporate and Legal Affairs, Phanny Im leads the Board in resolving Human Rights Applications, civil litigation and procedural matters and fulfills the role of the Board’s Notary Public. She identifies effective practices for implementation to ensure the safety of students and staff. She oversees the Board’s privacy matters, access to information and records management, as well as the Trustee Services department.
