Aurora, ON – The York Region District School Board is pleased to offer a variety of summer learning programs for elementary and secondary students. Registration for summer programs is underway with additional program information available on the York Region District School Board website.
“Our Board is able to make unique learning opportunities available to students throughout the year, including over the summer months,” said Chair of the Board Corrie McBain. “Many of the programs are open to all students across York Region, including public, Catholic and private school students.”
“Our programs are intentionally connected to the Ontario curriculum,” said Director of Education Louise Sirisko. “Many of our elementary non-credit courses programs have literacy, numeracy, physical education, arts and technology embedded in them.”
