Are you age 21 or older? Have you completed at least ESLE? Do you have​ 24 or more credits?

Dates:  February 24 to June 2, 2026 (Tuesday evenings)

Times:  5:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m., plus 2 to 3 hours asynchronous work each week

Course Name: Introduction to Psychology (HBB4T6/PSY100)

Course Description: Psychology is the scientific study of mental processes and behaviour. Studying psychology can help us expand and revise our understanding of our own and other people's thoughts, feelings, and behaviour. In this course, students will discover the foundations of psychological science, including basic research methods that are used in the field. Students will explore broad areas of study, such as the biological foundations of psychological processes, learning, memory, social influence, personality, and psychological disorders. Students will also apply psychological concepts and findings to life situations and social issues.
