Parent/caregiver series supporting students of African Caribbean Canadian Heritage.
The series, Moving Forward Hand in Hand, will provide a number of parent/caregiver in-person and web events to build community, support mental health, and promote healing. The first session in the series focuses on “Understanding the Impacts of Anti-Black Racism on Children and Youth Mental Health” and will be offered virtually on November 23rd and repeated on November 30th. These sessions are offered to any parent/guardian of students who identify as Black.
