Comptroller, Corporate and Legal Affairs
As the Comptroller, Corporate and Legal Affairs, Jeff Fair leads the Board in resolving Human Rights Applications, civil litigation and procedural matters and fulfills the role of the Board’s Notary Public. He identifies effective practices for implementation to ensure the safety of students and staff. He oversees the Board’s insurance coverage, privacy matters, access to information and records management, community use of schools, as well as the Trustee Services department.
