Senior Manager - Property Development and Planning Services
Dawn Adams oversees the Planning and Property Development Services Department, which is responsible for the accommodation, facility and land use planning functions for the Board. Their role is to identify student accommodation requirements in a timely and effective way and to respond to student needs by undertaking the following:
- Capital Planning for New and Existing Schools
- Property Development
- Facility Planning for Program Delivery
- School Attendance Boundaries
- Accommodation Strategies
- Education Development Charges
- Student Enrolment Projections
- School Site Designation and Acquisition
- Active School Travel Programs
