Description:
School teams will engage in compliance training including:
- occupational health & safety;
- student safety and violent incident prevention;
- training on supporting student mental health and well-being; and
- understanding cybersecurity and online privacy.

Description:
Literacy: Kindergarten to Grade 8 educators will participate in self-directed learning connected to literacy. Topics will be differentiated by grade including the YRDSB Comprehensive Literacy Framework, Early Reading screening, and access to a variety of literacy resources to support effective instruction and assessment.
Math: Kindergarten to Grade 8 educators will participate in self-directed learning connected to Math, Topics include assessing a new digital tool available to all Grade 1-8 teachers, as well as high-impact instructional strategies for teaching math.
All Secondary Schools
Length: Half Day - AM
