Working with healthcare professionals, a group of secondary school students will develop creative solutions to reduce falls in post-operative patients.

The students will experience aging simulation, mobility and physiotherapy equipment; and speak with patients and healthcare professionals to help better understand the challenges faced by patients. They will then work in teams to develop innovative solutions.

The event gives students an opportunity to collaborate, problem solve and apply learning in a hospital environment.
