IB Registration Information

The application process for the 2027-2028 school year will open in Fall 2026. Information Sessions will be held at each IB school in October 2026. Further details will be provided when available.

The York Region District School Board IB Programme application is completed centrally for all York Region IB Schools through the EDSBY platform.

Students apply to the IB school that serves their home address. During the application process, the YRDSB IB School serving your home address will be identified. Please check the school locator tool in Fall 2026 to identify your IB school.

Students enrolled with a Study Permit can apply to specific IB schools, pending space and should contact International Education Services.
