Hiring Process

Stages of the Process

There are three (3) stages to the Principal Selection Process, each assessing candidates on different aspects of their leadership skills and abilities.  A resource has been developed which provides details of the process and further explains all of the stages.  Preparing for the Principal Selection Process will be available on the WWW and the BWW.

If successful, candidates will receive communication from the Recruitment team and will move to the next stage of the process.

This process will commence in September and will conclude in early December.  Eligible and interested Vice Principals from all schools and departments are encouraged to consider this leadership opportunity.
