Dates and Times: September 24 to December 10, 2024, every Tuesday from 5:15 pm to 6:15 pm synchronous ONLINE plus additional 2-3 asynchronous hours per week.

Course Name: Foundations of Psychology (TBD/PSY162)

This subject will help to facilitate the student's personal growth through an exploration of human experiences including identity of self, work/leisure, body/wellness, managing stress, love/sexuality/relationships, freedom, loneliness/solitude, death/loss, and meaning/values. Students endeavour, under the guidance of the instructor, to achieve a greater awareness of their personal identity and potential.
