- The Apprenticeship Branch maintains a number of offices across Ontario.
The Apprenticeship Office staff will help you register as an apprentice and will monitor your training as you progress through your apprenticeship.
If you are enrolled in OYAP, your teacher will advise you on the appropriate time to contact the Apprenticeship Branch.
From the menu at the top of the page, select Students, choose Search Opportunities and in Browse by Type, select Apprenticeship.
- Co-op (College) Diploma Apprenticeship Programs offer a unique experience to concurrently complete an apprenticeship in-school curriculum, an apprenticeship co-op experience and a College Diploma.

- About an Exit Package for a Student Who is a Registered Apprentice provides a student, who is already registered as an apprentice, with a check list of things to do as you leave high school to continue your education as an apprentice in the skilled trades.
- About an Exit Package for a Student Who is Not Yet, But Wishes to Become, a Registered Apprentice provides a student, who is not yet registered as an apprentice, but who would like to work in the skilled trades, with a check list of things to do as you leave high school to start your education as an apprentice in the skilled trades.
- You may want to contact your Special Education Teacher for a copy of your Individual Education Plan (IEP). It may be possible for you to get similar accommodations in apprenticeship licensing exams.
Contact your MTCU Training Consultant, show them a copy of your IEP and ask if it is possible for you to have similar accommodations on your licensing exams.
