Get hands‑on learning for skilled careers.
Exploring Opportunities Programs (EOP) are specialized regional programs that let students focus on developing a high skill level in a particular technology.
EOP combines:
- in-school learning, and
- hands-on, work-based experiences, such as job shadowing, job twinning, work experience and/or cooperative education.
The program focuses on skill training, work habits and employability skills.
EOP can also help prepare students for apprenticeship pathways, skill certification programs and may provide a strong foundation for students interested in Specialist High Skills Major (SHSM) programming.
